Required Qualifications

5+ years of overall experience in software/platform development with strong exposure to backend and cloud-native application development.

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing Generative AI solutions, including enterprise-grade AI/LLM-based applications.

Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience building scalable APIs, services, and AI-driven workflows.
-
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Gen AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

Experience working with AWS cloud services (preferred), including exposure to services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, or similar cloud-native components.

Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications, ensuring scalability, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.

Understanding of LLM integration patterns, model serving, inference optimization, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval mechanisms.

Experience implementing secure AI/agentic workflows, including tool calling, API integrations, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and enterprise security considerations.

Strong understanding of distributed and event-driven architectures, microservices, and scalable system design.

Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in AI-enabled systems and cloud environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS Bedrock, foundation models, and enterprise Gen AI solution architecture.

Experience in building AI-powered assistants, copilots, conversational AI, or agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.

Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge management systems.

Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool integrations, and agent orchestration patterns.

Experience working in regulated enterprise environments, implementing secure, compliant, and scalable AI solutions.

Proven ability to drive innovation and propose practical AI-based solutions for complex business problems.
