Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within enterprise content management systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning of custom software solutions.
