Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent,B.com,MBA
Must Have Skills:
- Language requirement – English
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Good understanding of SAP, IFS, Concur will be a plus
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Extremely strong people management skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Graduates and/or post graduates with 10 to 13 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth understanding of P2P Process
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of P2P services in compliance within timeframe for the below mentioned sub processes
o Vendor Master data
o Invoice Processing
o Payment processing
o T&E processing
o Vendor Helpdesk (Emails & Voice)
o Others: AP Month end close, Vendor reconciliation, reporting etc
- Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
- Authorize payment of invoices
- Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all invoices
- Researching/reconciling of accounts payable and supplier statements
- Arrange for periodic training for the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
- Monitor team's KPI report
- Improve & implement P2P best practices
- Provide exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
- Plan for and develop overall process calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with AP team
- Review operations trend and project volume of transactions
