Job Description/Responsibilities:
Operating and setting up VMC machines with Mitsbushi controllers, reading technical drawings, performing tool setting, and maintaining machining accuracy and quality
Desired profile of the candidate:
Independently able to Set up, operate, and monitor VMC machines for production runs.
In depth knowledge of the VMC Machines Tool Selection, Cycle time optimization.
Setting and Operations independently, Tryouts.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications.
Additional Requirements:
Candidate has to be an ITI / Diploma engineer.
2 +years of experience in Operation of VMC Machines.
Ready to work in two Shifts (12 Hours Rotational)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
