Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth production operations.
- Operate and monitor textile production machines and processes.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Check production output and identify process-related issues.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and other departments.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
# Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech Textile or Diploma in Textile.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing and production processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Ready to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
