Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 6 months to 3 years of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide learners by understanding their career goals and recommending suitable educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential learners through inbound and outbound calls, leads, and references.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs.
- Drive sales by conducting product demonstrations, counselling sessions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track leads through CRM tools.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career benefits.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel to ensure conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learner experience and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in EdTech sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
