Dumont Creamery is a growing ice cream manufacturing company committed to quality and innovation in the frozen desserts space. We're expanding our B2B sales team to strengthen our distributor, retail, and institutional partnerships.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage business relationships with distributors, retail chains, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and institutional buyers. You'll be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving consistent revenue growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new B2B clients — distributors, retailers, HORECA (hotels/restaurants/cafes), and institutional buyers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients to ensure repeat orders and account growth
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activity
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts in line with company policy
Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client visits, and pipeline in CRM/reports
Resolve client issues (delivery, billing, quality complaints) promptly to maintain relationships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
2+ years of B2B/field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, dairy, frozen foods, or beverages
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Proficiency in Telugu and English
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
