Are you passionate about helping students achieve their global education dreams? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Study Abroad Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing initial guidance on overseas education options, including courses, universities, and visa basics
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Advise students and parents on suitable countries, universities, and career pathways based on their academic background.
- Lead Conversion: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, converting potential leads into successful enrollments.
- Application Support: Assist in filling out university application forms, preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and reviewing essential documents.
- Documentation & Coordination: Guide students through the visa process and coordinate with partner institutions for admissions and updates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate student records and ensure consistent follow-ups in the company database.
- Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counseling
Pay: ₹15,069.95 - ₹30,197.78 per month
