Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – Civil to lead construction projects from planning and execution through successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, and coordination skills, with proven experience handling residential or commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and overall budget performance.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on project progress and key developments.
- Identify potential risks, delays, and project challenges and implement timely corrective measures.
- Monitor overall project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as planned.
- Conduct project review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, records, and completion documents.
- Ensure smooth coordination between planning, procurement, site execution, and project management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience managing high-rise residential and/or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, cost control, quality management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate effectively with various project stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
