We are expanding our presence in Karnataka and are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen our dealer network and accelerate business growth in the Bangalore region.
Job Overview
The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding the dealer network, increasing brand visibility, and driving territory sales growth. This role requires extensive field travel, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage and grow the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit motorcycle accessory shops and spare parts dealers across the Bangalore region.
- Develop and appoint new dealers and channel partners.
- Generate fresh business and increase market penetration.
- Improve the visibility and availability of 66BHP products in the market.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, follow-ups, and counter activations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Identify untapped markets and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through territory expansion and dealer development.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in territory sales, channel sales, or dealer development.
- Experience in automotive, motorcycle accessories, spare parts, lubricants, tyres, or related industries will be preferred.
- Must own or regularly use a motorcycle.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby regions.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer ecosystem.
- Proven ability to develop new counters and expand distribution networks independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving business targets.
