“We Are Hiring – Back Office Executive” Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office work and documentation Manage data entry and maintain records in Excel Coordinate with customers and suppliers through phone/email Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports Support sales and marketing team with office coordination Maintain files and update company databases Follow up on orders and customer inquiries Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email) Good communication skills in Marathi/Hindi Candidate should be organized and responsible Freshers can also apply Experience in back office work will be preferred
