We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps, containerization, and big data technologies to support enterprise-scale digital and data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable infrastructure and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
DevOps & CI/CD

Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps

Automate build, deployment, and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Containerization & Orchestration

Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
-
Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools

Maintain version-controlled infrastructure for consistency and scalability
Big Data Engineering

Architect and implement data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka

Handle large-scale data processing and streaming pipelines
Distributed Systems

Design and manage distributed data architectures

Optimize data storage and processing performance across systems
Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementations
Monitoring & Performance Optimization

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Security & Compliance

Ensure infrastructure and data platforms follow security best practices

Maintain compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Experience-
Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and OpenShift

Proficiency in Terraform / Ansible (IaC tools)

Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)

Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)

Preferred Qualifications-
Experience in banking or financial services domain
