We are looking for a Help Desk Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting.
- Record and track customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate
- Freshers are welcome.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
