Job Description
Roop Industries is looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office administration and coordination activities at our manufacturing unit in Derabassi.
The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, experience in office administration and record keeping, and preferably some exposure to Government e-Tendering, GeM Portal, or e-Procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Maintain office records, files, documents, and data.
- Perform data entry and update records accurately.
- Prepare and manage basic reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Handle MS Office, email, internet, and other routine computer-based tasks.
- Assist with online applications, documentation, and e-tendering activities.
- Manage and coordinate information related to GeM and e-Procurement portals, where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Office Assistant, Office Executive, Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Candidates residing in Derabassi or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, and Email.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to maintain records and documents systematically.
- Experience with GeM Portal / Government e-Tendering / e-Procurement portals will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Sincere, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage routine office tasks efficiently.
