Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and stock management. The ideal candidate should possess a Mechanical Engineering background with a strong understanding of industrial materials, warehouse processes, and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements and update records accordingly.
- Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and project teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and other warehouse documentation.
- Track inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse housekeeping practices.
- Maintain records in ERP systems and generate inventory reports.
- Assist in vendor material inspections and quality checks as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control procedures.
- Understanding of mechanical components, industrial materials, and spare parts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software is an added advantage.

This JD is suitable for manufacturing, engineering, EPC, green ammonia, and industrial project companies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
