Job Description:
- Stock Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet operational needs.
- Supervision: Oversee the receiving, inspection and storage of incoming materials and products.
- Inventory Control & Audit: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy. Regularly perform inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records.
- Reporting: Prepare & share regular reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) on key performance metrics such as stock turnover, fill rates, order accuracy, inventory levels, stock movements and operational performance for management review.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including purchasing, production and logistics to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the stores and warehouse operations.
- Optimum Space Utilization: Develop & optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
Education: Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as per above JD
Functional Area: Day-to-day operations of Stores & warehouse, inventory management, timely stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping / reporting
