As we continue expanding our Ahmedabad office, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technology Manager – Automation & Digital Transformation to lead enterprise automation initiatives and drive digital transformation across the organization across all the departments .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and transform them into efficient automated workflows to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by digitizing and optimizing business processes across all departments.
- Develop and manage API integrations and iPaaS solutions to enable secure, seamless communication between internal and third-party systems.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, system architecture, and technology platforms to ensure performance, scalability, availability, and security.
- Implement data security, user access controls, compliance standards, and coordinate infrastructure maintenance with technology .
- Analyze business processes, recommend technology-driven improvements, and standardize workflows across the organization.
- Design reporting dashboards and data solutions that support operational visibility and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team .
- Establish technology governance, documentation standards, best practices, and ensure successful delivery of automation and digital transformation projects aligned with business objectives across all the departments of the organisation .
- Fill the gaps and present the ideas where organisation is behind with technology and implement those as per the instructions.
- Make our systems fully automated , structured and aligned .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience with automation and cloud technologies.
- Expertise in UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar RPA tools, along with iPaaS platforms.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation and process automation projects.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
