What You'll Do
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until closure.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of Customer Service/Customer Care experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Good computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
