Job Description: Sales Executive - Textile Retail
Location: Bangalore (In-store)
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Role Objective
We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executives to assist customers in our textile showroom. Your main goal is to provide a great shopping experience, help customers find the right fabrics/garments, and ensure the store looks organized.
Key Responsibilities (Duties)
- Customer Handling: Greet every customer with a smile, understand their requirements (type of fabric, color, budget), and show them suitable options.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about different fabrics (Cotton, Silk, Linen, etc.) to explain quality and care instructions to customers.
- Stock Management: Neatly fold and arrange clothes or fabric rolls after a customer has viewed them. Ensure the display racks are always full and tidy.
- Sales Closing: Suggest matching items (e.g., matching a dupatta with a suit or a tie with a shirt) to increase sales.
- Billing Assistance: Help customers with their selections to the billing counter and coordinate with the tailor or alterations department if needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales. Freshers are welcome if they are hardworking.
- Skills: * Basic math for quick billing/discount calculations.
- Ability to stand for long hours (retail shift).
- Polite and helpful nature.
- Languages: Must speak Kannada and basic Hindi or English to talk to local customers.
- Shift: Must be okay with the 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM timing.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
