- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Plan menus and control food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen team members
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Continental / Multi-cuisine preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality
