Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our team at Madhyamgram, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience by handling customer interactions, managing reservations, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Handling & Customer Service:
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
Reservation & Coordination:
- Handle table reservations, guest inquiries, and event bookings.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams for seamless guest service.
- Manage waiting lists and seating arrangements efficiently.
Sales & Promotion:
- Promote ongoing offers, events, and special packages to guests.
- Support banquet, event, and promotional activities when required.
- Encourage repeat visits through excellent guest engagement.
Operational Support:
- Maintain proper guest records and feedback reports.
- Ensure reception and guest areas are presentable at all times.
- Assist management in maintaining service quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing/reservation systems preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
