Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to work on a contract basis, closing deals for a new product by engaging directly with clients across India. This role requires someone who thrives on the road, builds trust quickly in face-to-face meetings, and can carry a conversation confidently in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across India to meet prospective and existing clients, conducting in-person sales meetings and closing deals
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead follow-up and discovery to negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Understand client requirements and effectively position the product to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and travel activity in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as agreed under the contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales or B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India (frequent outstation trips)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while on the road
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
Engagement Terms
- Fixed-term / contract-based engagement (duration and terms to be specified)
