Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Analyze data from quality checks and prepare detailed reports on defects, trends, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Maintain calibration and validation records for equipment and instruments.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, 8D problem-solving).
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, and leak testing systems.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and reporting tools.
