We are looking for a hands-on SEO Team Leader who can lead by example while actively executing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, Ecommerce SEO, AI SEO (AEO/GEO), Content Strategy, and Digital PR, with the ability to mentor a team and drive measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and revenue.
- Perform Technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize Shopify/eCommerce websites, including category, product, and landing pages.
- Implement AI Search Optimization (AEO & GEO) strategies.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building and Digital PR campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and review the SEO team's work while collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams.
- Track SEO performance, website health, rankings, and conversions using analytics tools.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Ecommerce SEO, and Shopify SEO.
- Experience with AI SEO (AEO/GEO), Digital PR, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
