Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that deliver measurable value to clients. You engage in identifying overarching customer needs and conceptualizing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to address these needs effectively. Your role also includes crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and practical implementation plans. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand and shape business direction is a key aspect of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business requirements to technical teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture principles.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business processes.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
