Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment activities, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and document collection.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and stationery requirements.
- Support travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in vendor coordination and office maintenance activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
