Language Flair: Absolute fluency in English and Konkani is mandatory. Working conversational knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a distinct regional advantage.
Relationship Management,
Building networks with high school counselors, corporate partners, and coaching centers to secure consistent applicant pipelines.
Event Management,
Directing the logistics for high-impact recruitment events, including open days, campus tours, educational fairs, and webinars.
Team Supervision,
Training and managing admission counselors, setting their daily conversion targets, and auditing call quality.
Marketing Collaboration,
Working with creative teams to design digital ad campaigns, brochures, and email newsletters tailored to prospective students.
Travel Flexibility,
Openness to split work weeks or travel between and offices depending on seasonal campaign intensities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
