Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Mughlai dishes such as kebabs, biryanis, kormas, curries, and breads.
- Marinate meats and prepare gravies using traditional recipes and spices.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management.
- Minimize food waste and control portion sizes.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mughlai Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Mughlai recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Teamwork and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
