- Carry out maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments.
- Maintain and calibrate flow meters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, control valves and load cells.
- Perform preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintenance records.
- Execute calibration as per schedule and maintain documentation.
- Perform loop checking and field instrument parameterization.
- Install new instruments, including cabling, ferruling, lugging and termination.
- Support DCS panel maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain earth pits and instrument air systems.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors during maintenance activities.
- Work on communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet and Industrial Ethernet.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
