The Branch Manager will oversee the overall administration, student engagement, business growth, and operational excellence of the Ernakulam branch. The role demands strong leadership, professional communication, and strategic coordination to ensure smooth branch operations and institutional growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Branch Operations Management: Manage daily branch operations efficiently to ensure smooth functioning & high-standard campus environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise administrative and academic staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Admission & Revenue Growth: Drive student admissions and branch development activities to achieve growth targets.
- Student Support Excellence: Ensure high standards of student support and service quality.
- Marketing & Outreach Coordination: Coordinate marketing, promotional, and outreach initiatives to enhance visibility and admissions.
- Operational Discipline: Ensure adherence to operational standards and administrative efficiency within the branch.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit reports, updates, and records as required by management.
- Event & Institutional Growth Support: Support institutional events, campaigns, and branch-level activities as assigned.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
