- Design and manage secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
- Define cloud architecture standards, governance, cost optimization, and reliability best practices.
- Lead cloud modernization and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

- Improve deployment reliability, release management, and rollback strategies.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Drive SRE practices including incident management, root cause analysis, SLIs, and SLOs.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Implement security best practices including IAM, KMS, secrets management, and DevSecOps controls.
- Partner with security teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams to streamline delivery and deployment processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure, cloud, and deployment strategies.

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, KMS, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration — Kubernetes/EKS, ECS, or equivalent.
- Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS).
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and distributed system architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or other regulated environments.
- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.
- Experience with artifact repositories such as Nexus or Artifactory.
- Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices.
- AWS Professional-level certifications are highly desirable.
