Job Title: Sales Officer - FMCG

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with experience in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring effective execution of sales and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the Company.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from the market.
- Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Ensure proper stock management and minimize product returns or damages.
- Identify potential markets and work towards increasing market share.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and distribution channels.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Must possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Salary Range: 30000– 35000 p.m.
