- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, goods received, and goods issued.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Report low stock levels to the purchasing department for timely replenishment.
- Store items systematically to ensure easy retrieval and minimize material damage.
- Ensure proper labeling/tagging with batch numbers, expiry dates, and identifiers.
- Issue raw materials/tools to production teams based on approved requisitions.
- Coordinate closely with production, quality control, and maintenance teams.
- Track returns of unused/defective materials and process accordingly.
- Maintain GRNs, issue slips, transfer notes, and disposal records.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
- Ensure safe handling/storage of hazardous and sensitive materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse/store areas.
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor condition of tools/equipment issued to technicians.
- Maintain a register of tool issuance and ensure timely returns/replacements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
