About the Role
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Executives to promote our IT services, meet clients, generate business, and achieve monthly sales targets in their assigned location.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Service Marketing, or Field Work.
- Must have a bike with valid driving documents.
- Must own a laptop or tablet.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, MS Office, and the internet.
- Good communication skills.
Language Requirements
- Assam Locations: Hindi and Assamese.
- Shillong: English and Khasi.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit at least 10 clients every day.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's IT services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit and work reports.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the office team for customer support.
Salary & Incentives Monthly Earnings – Up to ₹22,000
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹12,000 (on achieving monthly target)
Extra Incentive
If you generate business above your target, you will receive an additional 15% incentive on the extra business.
Career Growth
Employees who achieve their targets consistently for 6 months will be eligible for:
- ₹22,000 Fixed Salary (as per company policy)
- Promotion opportunities such as:
- Senior Field Executive
- Business Development Executive
- Team Leader
- Regional Sales Coordinator
Performance-based salary hikes and incentive increases are also available.

Training
Selected candidates must attend 3 days of training at the company office.
During training:
- Food will be provided.
- Accommodation and travel expenses will not be provided.
- Training must be completed successfully before joining.
Leave Policy
- First 6 months: 1 paid leave per month.
- After 6 months: 24 paid leaves per year (as per company policy).
