Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online chat.
Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to nurture leads and maintain communication.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
Understand our product offerings, including features and benefits.
Recommend appropriate products to meet customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Provide expert guidance and address customer questions.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Use effective sales strategies to close deals and maximize revenue.
Track and manage sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and insights.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Identify potential customer segments and develop targeted sales strategies.
Analyze competitors to effectively position our products.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports and revenue forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in a B2C environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
