We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating company secretariat work, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for personal and organizational tasks
- Manage travel bookings, arrangements, and itineraries
- Coordinate company secretarial work, including:
- Compliance and regulatory matters
- Meeting coordination and minute-taking
- Document management and maintenance
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing correspondence and emails
- Maintaining records and databases
- Be available and responsive on phone for urgent matters
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or diploma in a relevant field (Administration, Business, etc.)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in administrative software and tools (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- Flexible with timing and available for six days a week- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
