Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads and scheduling product demonstrations. The role involves interacting with potential customers, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to the field sales team.
Field Sales & Business Development
- Visit residential societies, housing complexes, and apartment communities to introduce and demonstrate the Society Management App.
- Meet Society Chairpersons, Secretaries, Committee Members, and Property Managers to understand their operational challenges and present suitable solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking activities.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for society management committees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society stakeholders to drive adoption and retention.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate proposals, and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth implementation after sign-up.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for society visits, product demos, and customer acquisitions.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.

Preferred Experience
