Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with experience in Waste Water Management solutions such as ETP, STP, and ZLD. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries like pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, food processing, etc.
- Promote and sell solutions related to:
- Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
- Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
- Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of waste water treatment technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle B2B sales and long sales cycles
- Good knowledge of industrial processes and environmental norms
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
