We are building a premium advisory business in the global real estate and lifestyle ownership space. Our work helps clients evaluate international property opportunities, second homes, retirement homes, lifestyle investments, and global living decisions with better research, structure, and judgment.
This is an early-stage, founder-led business. The role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with the founder, use AI tools intelligently, and build a high-trust content and community engine for a premium audience.
This is not a typical social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can understand nuanced ideas, convert them into clean content, manage community communication, and support first-touch client engagement.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive who can create and manage daily content, moderate online communities, support WhatsApp and LinkedIn communication, and help convert founder-led ideas into useful content formats.
The person should be comfortable using AI tools, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and basic video/content workflows. The role requires good judgment, strong communication skills, visual sense, and the ability to understand premium clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Execution
- Convert founder’s ideas, notes, voice inputs, and research points into daily content.
- Create LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, WhatsApp updates, short explainers, carousels, and basic infographics.
- Repurpose long-form ideas into shorter content pieces.
- Prepare content around global real estate, second homes, international living, luxury advisory, and investment decision-making.
- Maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar.
2. Community & Social Media Management
- Manage and moderate WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Respond to basic comments and messages professionally.
- Escalate serious client or partner queries to the founder.
- Maintain a clean and premium tone across all communication.
- Share value-added updates with the network through WhatsApp status, broadcasts, and community posts.
3. Client First-Touch Support
- Handle initial responses from prospective clients.
- Ask basic qualification questions.
- Organize lead details clearly.
- Schedule or recommend next-step calls with the founder when suitable.
- Maintain follow-up discipline.
4. Visual & Format Creation
- Create simple but premium-looking carousels, infographics, micro-reports, checklists, and presentation-style content.
- Coordinate with freelance designers or video editors when required.
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation without making the content look generic or low-quality.
5. Research-to-Content Conversion
- Convert internal research into client-friendly content.
- Create simple explainers from market notes, project insights, country updates, and investment frameworks.
- Avoid exaggerated claims, clickbait, or aggressive sales language.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, community management, or premium service marketing.
- Strong written English.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, or newsletters.
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation, research assistance, editing, and visual ideation.
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Good visual judgment.
- Ability to understand premium clients and avoid mass-market communication.
- Strong ownership and follow-up discipline.

Work Mode
- Full-time role.
- Work from office.
- Location: Pitampura, New Delhi.
- 5 days a week.
- Some coordination may be required outside normal hours depending on client or community activity.
Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience, communication quality, portfolio, and practical ability.
Indicative range: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
Exceptional candidates with strong premium-sector experience may be considered at a higher level.
