Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Architect / Technical Lead / Engineering
Manager with strong experience in Customer Value Management (CVM) systems to
design and build scalable, low-latency backend platforms. The role requires deep
expertise in distributed systems, Java microservices, and high-performance APIs while
leading engineering teams and owning system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of backend architecture for CVM platforms and
related customer engagement systems.
- Own and drive distributed system architecture for high-scale, low-latency
services.
- Design and implement REST and gRPC APIs for real-time and batch processing
use cases.
- Build and optimize systems using Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
- Develop and maintain low-latency systems using caching and messaging
strategies (Redis, async processing, etc.).
- Guide and mentor engineers; conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure
engineering excellence.
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to translate CVM
requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and fault-tolerant design.
