Job Description: Customer Operations & Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Operations & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to Manage the end-to-end order flow, from website/direct order capture to final delivery. This role goes beyond traditional customer service; you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients while simultaneously overseeing the critical backend processes of order management, billing accuracy, and dispatch logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Lifecycle Management
- Order Processing: Oversee the full order lifecycle from intake to delivery completion.
- Order Maturity: Monitor orders for readiness, ensuring all prerequisites (stock availability, payment verification, and documentation) are met before dispatch.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices, manage billing inquiries, and ensure all financial documentation is processed correctly.
- Dispatch Coordination: Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to coordinate timely dispatches and resolve any transit-related issues.
- Logistics: Focus on "Last-mile" delivery tracking, return management, and courier integrations (e.g., DHL,FEDEX,BLUEDART).
- Monitoring: Track and report on order status, proactively identifying and escalating delays to prevent bottlenecks.
2. Customer Relations & Support
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or order discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive updates and consistent follow-through.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, or Operations Support.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office/Google Workspace and experience using ERP or CRM software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and billing/invoicing.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve logistics or billing hurdles independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ,Hindi and Punjabi (optional ).

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
