HR Recruiter Intern
GM Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. (GMMSPL) is looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) students or recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while working with leading manufacturing and engineering clients.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR) – Final Year Students or Recent Graduates only
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Conduct data finding, market research, and compliance-related documentation.
