Job Summary
Remote Desktop Support – Job Description Provide remote technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, resolve connectivity and application problems. Use remote tools and ticketing systems to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. Skills: Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP), MS Office troubleshooting, remote tools (TeamViewer), Active Directory, very good communication skills is must. Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support.
