Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
In-hand: Up to ₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Shift: Rotational Shift & Rotational Week Off

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can drive customer acquisition, generate revenue, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and convert high-potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through inside sales and client acquisition
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, follow-ups, and consultations
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored wellness solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience
Requirements
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in business development / inside sales / telesales
- Experience in HealthTech, wellness, fitness, or service-based industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is mandatory
