Skills Required -
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and contractor management.
* Experience in handling audits, inspections, and government liaison activities.
* Good knowledge of payroll processes, HRMS, and MS Excel.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage a large workforce in a mining or industrial environment.
Roles And Responsibilities -
* Manage end-to-end HR operations for the coal mining unit.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, mining regulations, and statutory requirements.
* Handle workforce management, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
* Maintain compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, and other statutory obligations.
* Coordinate with government departments, labor authorities, and compliance auditors.
* Manage contractor labor compliance and documentation.
* Conduct employee onboarding, induction, performance management, and grievance handling.
* Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of licenses, registrations, and statutory records.
* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance documentation for management review.
* Promote employee engagement, welfare activities, and industrial relations.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
