Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks and expand our customer base across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare services, relationship management and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for home healthcare, elder care and patient care services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, rehabilitation centers, insurance providers, and community organizations.
- Generate referrals and convert leads into service enrollments.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and service demonstrations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with operations and care teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Participate in healthcare events, exhibitions, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare services, insurance, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, home care, hospital marketing, medical tourism, insurance, or senior care services.
- Knowledge of Kerala healthcare ecosystem and referral networks.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam. Additional languages are an advantage.
