Your Role
As a Lead Generation Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify businesses that may need our services, initiate conversations, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings with our team.
You'll play a key role in helping BrewFrame Studio grow by bringing in quality business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients who may require website design, UI/UX design, branding, or digital product design services.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and online research.
- Reach out to business owners and decision-makers professionally.
- Introduce BrewFrame Studio and its services.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings between interested prospects and our team.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement.
- Keep records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation goals.

Compensation100% Commission-Based Opportunity
You'll earn 10% commission on the total project value for every client you successfully bring to BrewFrame Studio who signs a project agreement and completes payment.
Earning Potential
Your income depends entirely on your performance. The more clients you bring, the more you earn—there is no upper limit.
Example Earnings
- Close 1 client with a ₹10,000 project → Earn ₹1,000
- Close 3 clients with ₹10,000 projects in a day → Earn ₹3,000
- Close 4 clients with ₹10,000 projects in a day → Earn ₹4,000
- Close 5 clients with ₹10,000 projects in a day → Earn ₹5,000
Larger projects mean even bigger commissions:
- ₹50,000 Project → ₹5,000 Commission
- ₹1,00,000 Project → ₹10,000 Commission
- ₹2,00,000 Project → ₹20,000 Commission
- ₹5,00,000 Project → ₹50,000 Commission
There is absolutely no cap on your earnings.
Commission is paid after the client's payment has been successfully received by BrewFrame Studio.
