Job Title: Export Sales Executive (Agriculture Sector)Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Sales Executive to support our international sales and export operations in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in agri exports, basic knowledge of international trade procedures, and strong communication skills.
This role will assist in expanding our global market presence, coordinating export processes, and ensuring smooth execution of shipments while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:Export Marketing & Sales:
- Identify and explore new international markets for agricultural products (grains, pulses, spices, fruits, etc.)
- Conduct basic market research on global demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with international buyers, importers, and agents
- Assist in achieving export sales targets and business development goals
- Prepare quotations, product details, and proposals for international clients
- Follow up with clients and support in negotiation and order finalization
Export Operations & Compliance:
- Handle and prepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificates, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and country-specific import requirements
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Track shipments and resolve basic operational issues
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for international client communication
- Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, quality, packaging, and logistics
- Maintain records of orders, shipments, and client interactions
- Share regular updates on sales activities and market feedback
Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, International Business, or related field
- Diploma/Certification in Export-Import or International Trade is a plus
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in export sales, preferably in agriculture or food commodities
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes
Skills:
- Understanding of export procedures and Incoterms
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
