Job Summary
Alpha Heal Skin & Hair Clinic is looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage front office operations, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and patient records.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
- Maintain clinic documentation and daily reports.
- Assist with billing, receipts, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and clinic inventory.
- Ensure excellent patient service and clinic experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, or office administration role is preferred.
Employment Type
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
