JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately. Assist customers with account-related information and service-related queries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Stock Market, Broking, Trading, Demat Account, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage). Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
